What is the leadtime?

- On-hand items (e.g. toys, readymade stationery, etc.) will be shipped in 1-2 days

- Custom services have different lead times, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. Kindly refer to the specific product page of the custom service you want.

I have trouble ordering from the website.

- Sorry to hear that! Kindly contact us and provide screenshots of the error/s so we can fix it! In the meantime, you may use this Order Form

Where else can I get Bark Project products?

- Our on-hand products are available in Shopee, Facebook and Instagram. A collection of our stationery items are also available in select National Bookstore branches.

Are custom services available for other pets (cattos, birbs, hamhams, etc.)?

- Yes of course!

Will I be providing the shirt?

- We usually order the clothes for everyone, but if you want to send your own shirt, that's ok too! Make sure to send us photos/link for checking if it's suitable for embroidery.

Can I send you my own shirt for embroidery?

- Yes! Make sure to send us photos/link for checking if it's suitable for embroidery.

Can you embroider on other Uniqlo items or other brands of clothing?

- Yes! The Uniqlo items in our website include only the most common items people have embroidered. If you don't see the shirt/jacket you want, you can choose the "Send own shirt" option so you can choose other items and other brands. Make sure to send us photos/link for checking if it's suitable for embroidery.

What colors and sizes are available for the clothes?

- We don't carry any stocks. We order what's available in the Uniqlo website.

Can you do other pets like cattos, birbs, hamhams, etc.?

- Yesss! (Although cattos are only doable via machine embro)

Can you embroider on bags, caps, etc.?

- For now, we don't embroider on accessories. HOWEVER, we can make embroidered patches that you can stick/sew onto bags, hats, jackets, etc.

When can I receive my embro order?

- Your embro order will be shipped out on the next Friday after the 3-week mark. For example, you ordered on Jan 1, 2023. Count 3 weeks and find the next Friday (Jan 27, 2023)

What are your modes of payments?

- We accept payments via Paypal or manual payments (Gcash, BDO, BPI)

Can I cancel my order?

- All orders are final.

Do you do returns & exchanges?

- We do not do returns and exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, kindly email to barkprojectph@gmail.com so the proper action can be taken.

Do you do refunds?

- Only if there is an issue with your order and is from our end. Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund, especially when services have been rendered in good faith.

What couriers do you use?

- NCR - Ninja Van (3-5 days delivery time), Grab Express & Lalamove (COD or your own booking)

- Outside NCR - Ninja Van (5-7 days delivery time)

- Worldwide - MyKartero (10-15 days delivery time)

How will you deliver fragile items like frames?

- NCR - Grab Express & Lalamove (COD or your own booking)

- Outside NCR - LBC (for quotation)
 

I ordered both on-hand and custom products. Will they be shipped together?

- Default is yes, all items will be shipped together when ready. However, if you want us to ship the on-hand items ahead of time, just message us!

I have a birthday/flight/occasion coming up. Can Bark Project do rush orders?

- Kindly contact us and specify the target date so we can check if we can accommodate your order.

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we ship internationally via MyKartero. Shipping prices displayed in the Checkout page is just an estimate. Final price ultimately depends on the size and weight. We may reach out if additional payment is needed depending on your total order.

Can I use Bark Project pawtraits for non-personal use?

- Bark Project pawtraits are for personal use only.
